basically the problem is related with the registry key.
1.go to right hand Setting where you have to go Change pc setting , in that go to Search and apps just click on Search and apps and clear search history

2nd method :-
go to your Command Prompt and just open it and after just type
sfc/scannow
after that your system automatically give the message wait that it take some type,nearly it hardly take 30-40 minutes and scan and fix all the data
